Chiltern Referral Services

What to expect

In order for us to see your pet we will require a referral from your vet. They will contact us to pass on your details and a member of our staff will be in contact with you to arrange an appointment and answer any questions you may have.

On arrival please report to reception, you may have received some forms to fill in from us prior to your appointment. Please hand this to us on your arrival.

Your pet will have a consultation with one of our specialists, which will last up to an hour. During the consultation the specialist will talk through your pet’s history with you and examine your pet. They will discuss treatment options and costs.

Your pet may then be admitted into the clinic, with your consent for further tests or procedures. Some procedures are not able to be done on the day; therefore we will arrange a date for you to bring your pet back at your convenience.

We may request that your pet is starved prior to your appointment, if this is the case we will advise you of this at the time your appointment is booked.
